Carlos Salcido is on his way to England to negotiate personal terms with a Premier League club. The Mexican has not been called up to the PSV match squad to face FC Sibir Novosibirsk tonight. PSV have reached an agreement with the Premier League side over the transfer of the defender, who still has yet to agree personal terms.

The 30-year-old Mexican defender, who joined PSV in the summer of 2006, is in England today to complete his move to the Premier League club. Salcido has not made a first-team appearance with PSV in a competitive match this season. He was on the bench three times.
